Greene Room Rental
The Greene Room is a dedicated space for jazz, improvisation, and world music, closely connected to the musical legacy of Klezmokum founder Burton Greene.
The carpeted room measures approximately 7 by 5 meters and is available for rehearsals, recordings, try-outs, exhibitions, or photo/film shoots. It can be rented on weekdays after office hours and on weekends in half-day sessions.
Use of the front, side, or kitchen areas is only permitted with prior approval from the building owner. Parties or social events are not allowed. The kitchen may be used for making coffee or tea, and there are two gender-neutral toiletsavailable.
The rental price is €100 per session (VAT exempt), with discounts available for multiple bookings. Use of the grand piano, drum kit, double bass, and amplifiers can be arranged upon request.

Studio Zeeleeuw Rental
Behind the stage are two rooms: one that contains Burton’s old belongings and occasionally houses the grand piano when needed, and another, the sound-isolated studio room known as the Zeeleeuw (named after Burton’s former houseboat).
The studio measures approximately 4 by 3 meters with a 3-meter ceiling height. It is equipped with a Roland keyboard, Gretsch drum kit, double bass, guitar and bass amplifiers, and a Bluetooth speaker. The room is air-conditioned and available for rehearsals and recording sessions.
The rental rate is €35 per hour or €90 for three hours (VAT exempt).
